Correct!  Neighbor. In the shortest summary of all his teaching, Jesus put it this way: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets." (Matthew 22:37)
The second part of this "double love commandment," is also referred to as the Golden Rule.  And, BTW, the Golden Rule is my nomination for a credo that can  be used in public school classrooms or court house walls rather than the politically charged 10 Commandments. For more on this topic.
